Hi Frank,
The only issue you might have with 3rd party plugins is moving from an older Eclipse version to the new one. DS-5 v5.19 is based on 4.3.2 (Kepler), so you may have to check compatibility with your plugins.
The underlying software (like DS-5 Debugger, Streamline etc) is the same, so you shouldn't have any issues there.
