1. Is there any specific way to select the toolchain , i mean how do i select the Altera SoC EDS include a bare-metal gcc toolchain.
2. actually i am completely new in this field and trying to understand how do i write arm code for arm processor.
3. Please suggest some help or web link using which i start writing code for arm.
